1. Enter your account email and request the confirmation link.
2. Open the emailed link and confirm permanent deletion. Opening the link alone does not delete your account.
3. Processing normally completes within 24 hours after confirmation. Provider outages can delay completion; we will email you when it is complete.

The email link expires in 3 days. Request another link if needed.

What is deleted

Sign-in, passkeys and active sessions are revoked; recurring billing is cancelled. Your operational profile, family, medical, emergency-contact and membership-photo data is removed or de-identified. Matching website enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are removed.

What may remain

Necessary transaction history, outstanding credit/refunds and required consent/audit records remain for settlement and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion does not forfeit a balance or remove your consumer rights. See our privacy policy for retention details and contact us to settle any balance.
